About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Admin & Clerical Customer Service Assistant to join a busy team in Coventry on a 3-month temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face
* Handling general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
* Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
* Supporting the wider team with clerical tasks as required
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
