We are hiring a Complaints Investigator for our leading medical device facility in Witney, Oxfordshire. This is a highly technical, data-driven role focused on investigating returned products-it is not a customer service position. Rate: £15.29 per hour | Shift: 4 on / 4 off (7 AM - 7 PM) Core Responsibilities Investigate Returns: Conduct detailed investigations on returned medical devices to find the root cause of issues. (This is not a customer service role.) Data Analysis: Use advanced computer systems (including MS Excel) to analyse complaint data and identify key trends for proactive prevention. Process Improvement: Help enhance procedures and increase efficiency across quality control efforts. Global Collaboration: Communicate and share insights with global teams. Management Reporting: Flag significant complaint trends for further management investigation. What You'll Need IT Proficiency: Strong skills in using computer packages, particularly Word and Excel.
