About the Role
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Join our dynamic team at Kerry Dairy Ireland as a Commercial Controller on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract for maternity cover, based in our Staines office.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing commercial team, driving growth across key national accounts. You’ll take ownership of the P&L, shape sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and collaborate across functions to achieve revenue, margin, and budget targets.
What Will I Be Doing?
* Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and guide a high-performing commercial team, providing coaching and support to achieve both individual and collective goals.
* Customer Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans for key national accounts, nurturing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
* Strategic Leadership: Craft effective sales strategies aligned with Dairy Consumer Foods (DCF) goals, analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
* Revenue & Margin Generation: Drive growth through effective negotiation, pricing, and promotional strategies, ensuring sales targets are met.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
* Performance & Budget Delivery: Take full P&L responsibility, monitor account performance, and implement strategies to capitalize on opportunities while minimizing risks.
* Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations for contracts and pricing with key accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and alignment with Kerry’s negotiation approach.

Key Qualifications:
* Degree-level qualification.
* Proven experience as a Commercial Controller in major retailers/supermarkets, with in-depth knowledge of the FMCG and food industry.
