Salary up to C: £40K base, Commission (OTE £49k+)Our client is a major player in the International Distribution Market with a large number of branches across the UK.
Our Client is a globally recognised International Parcel provider. Due to their continued expansion, they are looking for an experienced Telesales Supervisor to join the team.
The Role
The Telesales Team Leader (New Business) is responsible for managing a team of telesales executives who are for prospecting, qualifying and generating new business.As well as managing the team you will have your own small target, ideally you will be a highly motivated self-starter able to identify and develop new business from multiple sources.With relevant experience of telesales you will be able to "lead from the front" with your team and set a great example to them.
Must work very closely with the business to generate new sales leads and convert these leads into new business for your employer.
Through and with your team you will be prospecting for new customers and lead generation, self-sourcing and management of internal data sources.
Follow up on all leads identified or provided through the internal data strategy.
Facilitate regular sales campaigns to identified prospects using internal marketing templates available.
