This is a hands-on, floor-based role where you’ll guide guests through the menu, work closely with the team and help create memorable dining experiences, whether it’s a casual meal or a special occasion.What You’ll Do
1. Deliver friendly, professional service on the restaurant floor
2. Guide guests through the menu, drinks and wine list with confidence
3. Take orders accurately and ensure great communication with the kitchen and bar
4. Work as part of a close-knit team to keep service running smoothly
5. Anticipate guest needs and handle feedback with care and professionalism
6. Maintain Hawksmoor standards of service, presentation and hospitality
Who You Are
7. Passionate about hospitality and great guest experiences
8. Confident, personable and comfortable talking to guests
9. Calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
10. A reliable team player who enjoys working collaboratively
11. Previous waiting experience is helpful but not essential, full training provided
