The role
Sales Assistants are the heartbeat of our business, consistently delivering outstanding customer service year-round. We're seeking individuals who are passionate, motivated, and enthusiastic about showcasing our beautiful products. As an excellent team player, you'll actively engage in giving and receiving feedback, contributing to the growth of our collective skills.
You'll go beyond the basics by asking insightful questions to understand each customer's needs, and showcasing our products through captivating demonstrations. Support their purchasing decisions by confirming interest through thoughtful questions and securing sales. Your role includes offering shop tours with intelligent link sales, crafting personalised routines, and providing pampering sit-down consultations as well as energy-filled fun and games on the shop floor.
Through in-depth training on our products and ingredients, you'll become a Lush Ambassador, embodying our ethics and values to our customers. Your crucial role will help create the ultimate experience for our guests, ensuring we offer the best service on the high street!
You will be hosting our fantastic parties and events to customers of all ages. Each party is a unique and tailored experience for the customer, so we strive to offer the best there is each and every time. You will also be trained to deliver pampering facials and scalp massages to make their in-store experience memorable!
Key Information
Hours available: 8-12 hours per week

This position, while temporary, offers the opportunity to apply for a permanent contract for the new year.

* Team up with your colleagues to hit store goals, keep the shop floor fun, and deliver top-notch service together.
* Get creative with displays and keep our store looking fabulous, helping customers find the right products while shopping.
* Help keep our inventory in check by restocking shelves, ensuring everything is in its place, and products are ready for sale.
* Keep our store clean and inviting, creating a space that enhances the shopping experience.
* Handle transactions with a smile, ensuring every purchase ends on a positive note.
* Be the go-to for customer questions, resolve issues, and ensure genuine care for our customers.
* Engage actively in training to grow personally and professionally.
* Be a fantastic party host, bringing the best Lush experiences to celebrations of all kinds.
Skills and Experience
Customer Experience: A passion for delivering exceptional service, inspiring positivity, and creating memorable 5-star experiences. Your role in hosting parties for customers of all ages will help ensure each visit is unique and special.
