This is what you'll be doing
As a Supply Chain Consultant you'll be joining us as we build depth across our capabilities and enhance our delivery excellence. This means there's room for people to shape how we grow, not just keep up with it. Some of your key day to day activities will include:
* Lead and support supply chain improvement projects that make a real impact across Defence and related sectors
* Run workshops, map out current processes, dig into data, and help design smarter, future-ready supply chain models
* Take ownership of planning, reporting, and keeping things on track - making sure projects run smoothly and deliver real value
* Work side by side with programme managers, analysts, and subject matter experts to solve complex problems in practical, data-driven ways
* Get involved beyond delivery - shaping proposals, improving our tools, and helping us grow as a consultancy

The skills you'll need to succeed in this role
* You'll have a background in Defence Supply Chain
* Ideally you'll have a Project Management Qualification (PMQ)
* Experience of managing and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders in a complex and challenging environment
* Well-developed core consulting skills e.g. research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
How we'll assess your skills
Our interview process for this role will involve two steps:
Step 1:
Meet with our Recruitment Manager, Corina. She'll introduce you to Squarcle, the role, and answer any questions you may have about us. We'll be assessing some basic skills for the role and finding out more about your background.
Step 2:
Meet with members of our Supply Chain capability.We'll be assessing your Supply Chain knowledge and your consulting skills. We will confirm your interview panel when you reach this stage.
