About the role
Vision for Education are looking to register Teaching Assistants within the West of Swansea who could work with children with a variety of Additional Learning Needs such as Autistic Spectrum conditions, ADHD and Speech and Language difficulties. This role requires highly motivated, adaptable, committed, enthusiastic and resilient Teaching Assistants with great communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting the Teacher. You will have experience working with young people with Additional Learning Needs. You will work as part of a dedicated and committed team that have a child-centred approach in all they do. The roles we offer are on a supply basis as and when primary schools require cover and so we can work around your availability.
Requirements
The desired ALN Teaching Assistant will have: -
- Experience of working with primary aged children or young people
- A passion for the progress of pupils with Additional Learning Needs
- An ability to work as part of a team
