Purpose of the role
Responsible for the safe, ethical, and efficient supervision of site operations within a busy production environment. The role requires a self-motivated individual capable of working independently, implementing company policies, and ensuring compliance. The candidate will motivate plant staff and adapt to changing environments to meet customer requirements.
* Comply with all aspects of the Heidelberg Materials UK Compliance Policy
* Ensure operations follow instructions and procedures as per project management
* Adhere to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and company safety policies
* Update knowledge and attend training as required
* Follow all HR policies and procedures
