* Proactively reaching out to existing and potential customers to promote additional products or services through up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
* Accurately matching customer needs with suitable products or services, offering tailored recommendations with confidence.
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all communications are logged and follow-up actions are completed.

About you

You are a people-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. With a naturally friendly and empathetic approach, you’re able to quickly build rapport with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and supported. You communicate clearly and confidently, both over the phone and in writing, always maintaining a professional and positive tone.

You have strong PC literacy, with excellent keyboard and system navigation skills that allow you to work efficiently across multiple platforms without losing focus on the customer. Your attention to detail ensures that every interaction is handled accurately and thoroughly.

As a team player, you enjoy collaborating with colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a supportive and productive working atmosphere. You’re adaptable and open to change, ready to take on new challenges as they come. Your flexibility means you're comfortable working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer and business needs.

Above all, you’re passionate about delivering great service and are motivated by helping customers find the right solutions, while also recognising opportunities to enhance their experience through tailored product recommendations.
