Purchase Ledger Assistant | Northampton | Up to £15ph | Hybrid Working
Macildowie are working with this client based in Northampton to recruit for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to support their Commercial Department.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance or commercial support professional to step into a temporary role offering up to £15 per hour. This assignment is expected to last a minimum of 3 months, with potential to extend, and offers flexible hybrid working - up to two days from home once training is complete.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a high volume of purchase orders and invoice queries
* Support with timesheet processing and administrative tasks
* Assist a PA three days a week on POS and invoice queries
* Support construction two days a week with timesheets and additional admin
* Use COINS to accurately process purchase invoices
* Resolve discrepancies across purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
Experience & Skills Required:
* Previous experience in purchase ledger, invoice processing, and order placement
* Familiarity with COINS software (advantageous but not essential)
* Strong administrative experience in finance or commercial environments
* Confident communication and a collaborative work ethic
* Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
