Childrens Residential Support Worker - Stafford
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals for the position of Childrens Residential Support Worker. If you have a passion for caring for vulnerable children and young people and you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you:
Key Requirements:
1. Driving License: Full UK driving license required
2. Eligibility: Right to work in the UK
3. Experience: Minimum of 6 months paid childcare experience in the UK
4. Enhanced DBS on the update service
5. Experience working with children & young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties, learning difficulties, and challenging behavior
6. Ongoing development and training provided
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
8. Excellent written and verbal communication, clear and effective communication skills
Responsibilities:
9. Provide care and support to vulnerable children & young people
10. Handle emotional and behavioral difficulties with empathy and understanding
11. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
12. Ensure the safety and well-being of the children & young people under your care
13. Maintain open communication with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
