We are seeking a Head of Marketing to take ownership of the day-to-day leadership and delivery of our client's marketing function. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this pivotal role is responsible for implementing the marketing strategy and ensuring world-class execution across all touchpoints, enabling the Director to focus on long-term brand growth. You will lead, coach, and inspire the marketing team, driving brand campaigns, PR, ATL execution (including TV and print), content creation, partnerships, and go-to-market activations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consumer brand environment and enjoys a highly engaged, in-office team culture.
The successful candidate will need a strong foundation in brand and campaign management within the consumer, sports, or lifestyle sectors. We are looking for a confident, commercially savvy leader with a track record of delivering integrated campaigns across channels, including ATL (TV, OOH, print) as well as social and experiential. You must have proven success leading a team, managing PR activity and external agencies, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with teams like Product, Sales, and Design. Being commercially minded, data-literate, and comfortable managing budgets and reporting on performance is essential. A passion for sport, competition, and high-performance culture is highly desirable.
