Role Overview
You will take full ownership of the Partners professional life, ensuring priorities are managed intelligently and time is protected.
You will act as a gatekeeper, sounding board and organiser, anticipating needs and resolving issues discreetly and efficiently.
You will work closely with senior colleagues, clients and external contacts, handling sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and exercising sound professional judgement. Your contribution will be integral to the smooth running of the Partners work portfolio and the wider success of the firm.
You are a highly experienced Executive Assistant, most likely with a background in professional services, confident operating at Partner or Board level. You bring gravitas, resilience and credibility, influencing senior stakeholders and managing competing demands with calm authority.
You are exceptionally organised, detail‑driven and commercially aware, confident to ask the right questions and offer constructive challenge when appropriate. Your communication skills will be outstanding, and you will take pride in producing work of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing diaries, schedules and daily priorities.
* Coordinating and organising meetings, arranging travel and accommodation if required.
* Overseeing inbox management, including prioritising and responding to emails.
* Handling billing processes and raising credit notes as needed.
* Preparing engagement letters and carrying out anti‑money‑laundering checks.
* Overseeing planning and coordination of office and sector events.
* Supporting content creation and managing timelines for PR and marketing activities.
* Maintaining and updating the business development pipeline and activity rota.
* Preparing and coordinating content for social media channels.
Required Experience and Skills
* Significant experience managing busy diaries and acting as a gatekeeper for C‑Suite professionals (minimum criteria).
* Familiarity with the nuances and working practices of the accountancy/corporate finance sector (minimum criteria).
* Able to demonstrate reliability, discretion, confidentiality and flexibility.
* Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Experience assisting in the organisation of internal and external events.
* Confident asking insightful questions and offering constructive challenge when appropriate.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
