As experts in MEP engineering, we're delivering technically challenging data centre fit-outs and projects across commercial, education, and defence sectors.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager - OFCI who will effectively and professionally lead the day-to-day management, within a medium to large scale multi-disciplinary data centre project, the specific scope discipline including, design, procurement, installation, logistics, compliance, commissioning, and project handover, within the Skanska construction team.
As the Project Manager - OFCI, you will:
1. Ensure full compliance of design, engineering, construction, and commissioning processes.
2. Develop and administer controls on the project or workplace and ensures full implementation and compliance.
3. Understand/ develop/ scrutinise/ deliver/ monitor end to end programme. Responsible for creating Plan Bs in relation to specific package responsibility.
4. Active control of commercial and contractual aspects applicable to specific packages under your control.
5. Assist with tender submissions and be aware of and input into the risk profile, contract conditions, budget, opportunities, and route to margin
6. Undertake line management responsibilities for direct and indirect employees.
We are looking for:
7. Appropriate knowledge and experience to manage multiple disciplines/interfaces and work sequencing.
8. Proven track record in successfully delivering within a team medium to large scale data centre MEP contract.
9. Formal H&S training accreditations, minimum SMSTS.
10. Proven track record in leading teams and projects.
11. Experience and Knowledge in relation to the correct testing and commissioning of the specific package management.
