Job Responsibilities
1. Recruit and manage affiliates (KOLs, traders, communities)
2. Drive DAU and transaction volume via referral/rebate funnels
3. Plan local events, campaigns, and online activations; manage our local moderators to help with executions
4. Promote wallet features (swap, perp, gas tools)
5. Work with our marketing team to host AMAs, meetups, Twitter Spaces
6. Track performance using on-chain tools and present to management team
Job Requirements
1. Based in EU (preferably UK or France)
2. Strong DeFi knowledge (swap + perp DEX: GMX, Lyra, Uniswap, etc.)
3. Affiliate experience (operated or joined affiliate programs)
4. Experience with campaign tools (Zealy, Galxe) and local collaborations
5. Fluent in English; French is a plus
