Retail Sales Advisor with Driving Duties
We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and reliable Retail Sales Advisor with Driving Duties to join our store in Milton Keynes on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keeping the branch and its delivery service running smoothly.
Overview
Milton Keynes, 12 month fixed term contract, 40 hours per week over 5 days. Salary £26,945.00 per annum plus pension and company benefits.
Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional service to customers in the branch to deliver upon our reputation for quality Brewers service.
* Using product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs.
* Making contactless deliveries to customers in and around the local area driving our Company Transit van.
* Mix paint for customers, process specialist orders, and request special stock within the Branch network.
* Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service.
* Keep our warehouse organised and safe, in line with company standards.
* Promote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales.
* Unload deliveries and ensure stock is distributed throughout the store.
Qualifications
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Approachable, open and friendly personality – happy to help both customers and colleagues.
* Enjoy working and supporting a team, but can always be relied upon to work as an individual.
* Familiar with the surrounding area.
* Full clean manual driving licence.
* Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry.
* Previous retail experience or product knowledge would be advantageous but not essential; full training will be given to the right person.
