Responsibilities
* Assist dentists during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared in advance.
* Provide excellent patient care by welcoming patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
* Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Manage appointment schedules, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments as necessary.
* Utilise IT systems for record keeping and communication within the practice.
* Support the dental team with administrative tasks as required to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
* Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications or experience in a dental setting.
* Strong patient care skills with a focus on providing a positive experience for patients.
* Proficient in English with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
* Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with IT systems used in dental practices is advantageous but not essential.
