Welfare Officer
Required asap or Jan 2026 start
Contract: Term time only: 5 days per week / 20 hrs per week (9.30am - 1.30pm)
Salary Scale SP4 £25,052-£26,825 fte (£11,973 - £12,820 pro rata) dependent on experience
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional Welfare Officer to join our dedicated and talented team.
We would welcome anyone looking to return to working life. The role is ideal for someone who needs to work around school hours. The successful candidate will be well supported in the role.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Leadership team and Office Manager to support student and staff welfare, as well as perform varying administrative duties, in a dynamic and exciting role.
As well as Welfare, the role will include all aspects of front office duties and administration support. The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, caring, flexible, a good communicator and able to work efficiently in a fast paced role.
GCSE English & Maths and relevant experience are essential.
