Responsive Repairs ManagerLocation: Greater Manchester (hybrid / on-site across housing stock)Salary: Competitive, dependent on experienceContract: 3 monthsAbout the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Responsive Repairs Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused repairs service across a diverse housing portfolio.You'll be responsible for ensuring responsive and emergency repairs are completed safely, efficiently and right first time, while meeting service standards, budgets and regulatory requirements.
