Shift patterns: Monday–Friday. Flexible day‑shift start time: between 08:00–10:00
We're looking for a proactive and analytical Planning Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll focus on forward planning—analysing upcoming volumes, understanding what's on the horizon, and helping ensure we have the right resource, space, and capability in place to deliver efficiently.
You'll work closely with operational teams to support daily and future planning, optimise space utilisation, and contribute to effective decision‑making through logical, data‑driven insight.
This position is predominantly office‑based, with some interaction on the warehouse floor to understand operational flow, stock movements, and MHE requirements.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Analyse inbound activity and identify future workload patterns.
Support resource planning to ensure labour, equipment, and space are effectively allocated.
Monitor and improve space utilisation across the site.
Liaise with warehouse teams to understand upcoming priorities and operational impact.

Comfortable working mainly in an office setting with occasional warehouse interaction.
