Monday – Friday, Uncapped Commission, No ceiling

The Role
* High-volume outbound calling to UK businesses
* Building your own pipeline through calls, LinkedIn and outreach
* Converting warm leads generated by our marketing team
* Understanding business needs and structuring finance solutions
* Speaking to business owners daily from both inbound enquiries and outbound activity
* Writing and submitting deals to lenders
* Managing deals through to completion and earning commission

If you have worked in recruitment or high activity sales, you will already understand the pace.
