Role Description
This is a full time for a Network Installer Apprentice. The role is full time in London. The day-to-day tasks include installing, configuring, and testing network cabling, assisting with network maintenance, and documenting works. The apprentice will work closely with senior engineers to resolve issues and improve network performance.
As a Network Installer Apprentice at TCM IP Services, you will be supporting the projects team, as an apprentice you will learn how to install structured cabling and how to support large building network infrastructures.
Some of your duties are as follows but may not be limited to:
* Report to the Site Supervisor /Project Manager daily
* Maintain the store room and stock takes
* Terminate, test and install cabling to ISO 11801 Standards
* Assist the Managed Networks Team as required
* Works as on site hands for deployment projects
As a minimum you will be expected to complete the Network Cable Installer Apprenticeship, this will take between 12 – 18 months to complete, and will require some element of studying and completing assignments in your own time.

* Ability to work both on-site in London
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
