We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Training & Compliance Supervisor on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be based in Cornwall. In return, you will receive a competitive salary, 28 days holiday, a company vehicle for work, £50k Life Assurance.
Role Overview
You will supervise all training and compliance on a day-to-day basis, liaising directly with operatives and the Management Team. It is a site-based role and you will be responsible for site audits, improving the quality and compliance of operatives, and training new operatives to a high standard. This role is central to our success in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* TMO compliance checking (including RAMS on/off hire sheets, damage sheets) via tablet.
* Assist in liaising with clients on pre-siting and post-site meetings.
* Ensure works comply with client requirements, Lantra, and HSE legislation.
* Report any incidents, accidents, or near misses.
* Attend client and supplier meetings as required.
* Train & Develop Traffic Management Operatives, signing them off as competent in all aspects of Traffic Management.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance levels.
* Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
* Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
Qualifications
* Must have valid Lantra M6 certification.
* Driving Licence with 6 or fewer points.
* Previous experience in a similar role in Traffic Management.
* Strong knowledge of Lantra regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
