The Opportunity
As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio of corporate clients, working closely with Partners to deliver complex tax advice and manage compliance processes. You’ll be involved in a blend of client advisory work, business development, and leadership responsibilities – an ideal next step for an ambitious tax professional ready to progress their career.
Key Responsibilities
Manage your own portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing all aspects of compliance and advisory work.
Support Partners with complex advisory projects, including restructuring, international tax, group relief, and due diligence assignments.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and high-quality service delivery.
Lead and mentor a team of corporate tax professionals, conducting appraisals, providing coaching, and developing skills within the team.
Identify opportunities for additional services and support business development initiatives.
Contribute to strategic planning and workflow management within the tax department.
Keep up to date with developments in UK corporate tax legislation and provide guidance to clients and colleagues.
Requirements
About You
CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified.
Strong corporate tax experience within a professional practice environment.
Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to research complex areas of tax legislation.
Confident managing client relationships and leading a team.
A proactive, commercial approach with an interest in helping clients grow and succeed.
