Experienced Site / Construction Managers required to work on large fit-out projects in Central London. The projects are of sizes between £20 - £60m and the experienced candidate will be looking after certain areas of the project, this could include a large floor of office fit-out, a reception area, gym restaurant or toilet core. The candidate will have worked on large projects and be happy working as part of a large team. The is will be working to tight timescales and defect free. All usual CM duties apply and the experienced candidate must have a cscs card, smsts and first aid.
