Job summary – What to expect:
As an Inventory Admin Operator within our Inventory team, you will perform various tasks as requested by the Senior Inventory Controller/Team Leader to ensure Inventory integrity, quality standards and Internal Controls are met and when possible exceeded.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Carrying out tasks and operate any required machines and processes as requested by your Team Leader to meet production targets, customer, and efficiency and quality requirements in line with Standard Operating procedures.
2. Providing support to the Senior Inventory Controller/Team Leader on work levels and Inventory issues on a regular basis.
3. Where requested, carrying out daily checks against established EHS and GMP checklists covering equipment (. Order Pickers, FLTs,) and the general working environment
4. Receive any new training and assist in the training of other operators as required. Training must be in accordance with the necessary SOP’s and associated documentation.
5. Use of systems appropriate to your department. Global Packaging System, Oracle, JDA, OSR etc.
6. Ensure expiry stock rotation is kept
7. Receive and put away returned stock.
8. Perform cycle counts usingKnapp ~ OSR/Oracle/ JDA, physically count stock and enter data on the RF Guns and on to Paper Count Check lists.
9. Check/remove stock from locations ref: expiry dates, frozen lot numbers and damaged product
10. Support the special handling process
11. Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse, keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency.

12. Computer Skills and office package knowledge
13. Basic understanding of the equipment relevant to the specified area including in house applications,. Oracle, JDA
14. Able to drive vehicles in the warehouse
15. Enthusiastic and flexible, a Team Player, also able to work alone as well as within a team, with good inter-personal skills.
16. Able to use own initiative.
17. Attention to detail to identify issues
