We are recruiting a Legal Biller to ensure the prompt rendering of the Firms bills to clients and that procedures are followed within the Firm, while ensuring compliance with VAT and Solicitors Accounts Rules.
This role is to be based out of any of our office locations. Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm; however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
* Experience of billing within a large complex organisation – ideally on a Practice management system such as Aderant
* Proven ability in a role where a high level of numeracy is required
* Ability to ensure bills are raised in accordance with client service agreements/letters of engagement
* Proven ability to prioritise workload within a busy environment and meet deadlines
* Good communication skills to work effectively with other areas of the Finance team or external clients
