Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Join a Lincolnshire based Groundworks Business as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. You will work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Managing Director within the commercial team, contributing to the company’s annual £40m turnover and supporting business expansion.
Duties
* Optimising contract profitability
* Provide quotations to clients for variations
* Comprehensive understanding of Groundworks
* Accurate monthly cost and value reports
* All other daily tasks performed by an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Requirements
* Previous Experience as a Assistant Quantity Surveyor
* Time management skills and meeting deadlines
* Motivated to learn and progress professional career
* Understanding in Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Remuneration
* Up to £45,000 p.a
