Product Manager – SMArt AI Search (Education Track)
Location: Oxford, UK
Salary: £39,000–£55,000 per year (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
* Lead requirement analysis, feature planning, and roadmap design for the enhanced SMArt AI Search “Insight” module.
* Understand the needs of Chinese families planning early‑age UK education; co‑design matching logic, questionnaires, and AI algorithms.
* Collaborate with education consultants, psychologists, and career planning experts to refine AI models connecting student personality, interests, academic potential, and growth pathways.
* Drive data‑informed product iteration, analysing user behaviour and feedback to continuously optimise experience and algorithm performance.
* Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure product delivery meets business goals and user needs.
* Conduct market research on global education trends, competitor products, and technology innovations to inform product strategy and innovation.
Requirements
* Excellent bilingual communication skills (English & Chinese), strong cross‑cultural capability.
* Strong ability to communicate with Chinese parents aged 30–40.
* Knowledge or practical experience in personality assessment, educational evaluation, developmental psychology, or career planning.
* Experience in product management, EdTech, AI education platforms, data analysis, or psychometric tool design preferred.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
* Excellent cross‑team collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
* Logical thinking, product abstraction, and innovation mindset.
