This role is for one of the Weekday's clients We are seeking Medicine PhDs to contribute to a high-impact project with a leading AI research lab. This role offers competitive compensation of $65–$75/hour. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to create challenging, real-world problems that help advance the capabilities of state-of-the-art large language models. Your work will directly inform the development of next-generation AI systems in medicine. Requirements Ideal Qualifications Master’s or PhD in Medicine from a top university in the US or equivalent Exceptional attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent proficiency in English Based in U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand Key Responsibilities Collaborate asynchronously with a team of domain experts Craft, solve, and review high-quality problems with real-world applicability Contribute 10–20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours and project extension Work fully remote and on a flexible, asynchronous schedule Start Date Late September, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis
