New Opportunity – Digital Print Production Operative (Rotational Shifts)
Recruit 2 You is working with a well-established UK manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Digital Print Production Operative to join their busy Digital Print team on a rotational shift basis.
As the new Digital Print Production Operative, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed products to customer specification within a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role involving digital printing machinery, design software, and quality control, offering a long-term opportunity within a growing business.
As the new Digital Print Production Operative, you will:
Produce high-quality products in line with customer specifications
Operate Mimaki digital printers efficiently
Use CorelDraw and Rasterlink software
Carry out quality checks on all products before dispatch
Maintain a clean working environment and adhere to Health & Safety standards
Support training of new team members when required
Work collaboratively as part of a busy production team
Use initiative to solve problems and improve processes
Requirements for this role:
Previous experience in digital printing
Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to multitask and think creatively
Positive and professional attitude
Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level
Good spelling and grammar skills
Highly advantageous (but not essential):
Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO14001
Experience using Mimaki printing machinery

Two unpaid 15-minute breaks per day

Rotational shift pattern:
Week One:
Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–2:00pm
Friday: 6:00am–1:00pm
Week Two:
Monday–Thursday: 1:45pm–9:45pm
Friday: 12:45pm–7:45pm
