As a
Branch Supervisor
based in
Leicester
,
you’ll be responsible for:
Supporting the Branch Manager with the day to day running and operations within the branch to meet branch targets
Take charge when the Branch Manager is unavailable
Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and suppliers
Help to develop the customer base and increase sales
Motivate the team to achieve goals
Supervise the team to endure they are clear on their work priorities
On occasion you may be required to drive a 3.5T van to deliver products to customers
This is a Full Time permanent position working 40 hours a week Monday - Friday 07.30am - 5.00pm. You will also work Saturday mornings on a rota basis 8.00am - 12pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have to be a successful Branch Supervisor...
Previous industry or merchant experience would be beneficial
Proven track record in supervising a team to make sales
Prior Face to Face sales experience
Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers to build strong relationships
A Full UK Manual Driving Licence is desirable
