Working closely with the wider culinary team, you will design menus, support events, and deliver outstanding pastry creations that delight guests and associates alike.

5. Collaborate with chefs, hospitality, and front-of-house teams to integrate pastry into wider dining concepts
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Pastry Chef to lead the pastry function across both Hospitality and Casual Dining within a prestigious corporate environment. This full-time role (40 hours, Monday to Friday) offers the opportunity to combine creativity, craftsmanship, and commercial awareness in a hands-on kitchen leadership role.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Pastry Chef in fine dining, hospitality, or premium catering
* Formal pastry training or recognised qualification
* Exceptional technical skills, combining classical pastry methods with modern creativity
* Strong organisational and leadership skills, with commercial awareness
* Passionate, guest-focused, and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
