Amazon is looking for an Investigation Associate with a background in transportation, risk management, and data-driven problem resolution skills. In this role, the Investigation Associate will work with stakeholders to investigate suspicious activity, address escalations, and develop systemic solutions to enhance customer experience. Responsibilities include identity verification and conducting investigations.
Key job responsibilities
* Conduct investigations
* Identify and help minimize risks related to fraud or abuse patterns
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and quality standards for investigations
* Escalate problems or variances systematically
* Follow through on resolutions to ensure delivery
* Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments

* Meet productivity, quality, and hygiene metrics/goals
* Provide input for SOP enhancements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 6 months to 1 year of experience
* Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays
