South and Southwest
THE ROLE
Due to the success of Tauropharm Products, which are benefiting many patients, we are making an exciting expansion to our current Specialist Sales team. The Tauropharm Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting all Tauropharm catheter locking solution products in the South and Southwest. You will report into the National Sales Manager and be part of a team of Tauropharm specialists who work very closely with our Key Account Managers across the UK.
THE CANDIDATE
You must have at least 2 years medical device and/or pharmaceuticals sales experience into the hospital environment. Previous experience working with Vascular Access products would be an advantage. You must be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the NHS.
You will need to demonstrate success in consistently achieving sales targets and have both drive and a passion to succeed. We are looking for someone with a flair for creativity and the ability to come up with new ideas and solutions. You will be a fast learner with strong attention to detail and advanced analytical skills.
You must be comfortable with using clinical evidence to support your claims.
You will be working closely with Renal, Chemotherapy and PN teams in hospitals to promote and support Tauropharm products being used in CVC lines. This is so the clinicians can get the most out of these very important access devices to benefit patients during their treatments.
You must be comfortable working both individually and as part of a team to continue our success providing Vascular Access solutions for the benefit of clinicians and patients across the UK.
