Your new role As a 1 to 1 Teaching Assistant, you'll be able to support a child in a KS1 classroom working alongside the teacher to help manage daily routines and learning activities. You may be able to assist a SEND child with day-to-day activities and how to navigate through the teacher's lessons. This is a flexible and rewarding role where your contribution makes a real difference every day. What you'll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you'll need to have experience in childcare or teaching, with a proactive and supportive attitude. You should be confident working with children with different abilities, helping with group tasks and classroom routines.
