As a UX/UI Designer at Synechron you will take part in internal project kick-off meetings to understand the business needs, brand, users/customers and gather all creative requirements from clients or Synechron stakeholders. You will work with technology and creative leads to map out the user journey and website/application architecture that will lay the foundations for a successful digital platform.
This role will work specifically on an exciting project creating a market leading "To Be" platform design before working with development teams to turn these designs into a live system. The role requires strong communication skills, ability to work with the client's business teams as well as Synechron and client technology teams in an Agile approach.
Responsibilities
:
* Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals
* Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design vision and strategy
* Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs
* Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback
* Lead user research initiatives to understand user needs and behaviors
* Plan and conduct usability testing sessions and interpret results
* Translate research findings into actionable design improvements
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
* Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
* Communicate design concepts and specifications clearly to stakeholders
* Participate in product roadmap planning and prioritisation
Job Requirements:
* 2 - 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
* Proven track record of delivering successful digital products and experiences
* Extensive hands-on experience leading UX research in a product design environment across the Design Thinking stages
* Experience with Gen AI a bonus
* Self-starter with the ability to define goals and strategies
* Experience designing internal products and tools
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and engineers
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
* Expertise in design and prototyping in Figma
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Create strong UI prototypes and high-fidelity designs showcased in a portfolio
* Proactive and positive attitude, with strong attention to detail & analytical skills
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills
