The post includes evening shifts and some weekend work.
Whilst the job will be based at Sanctuary House, St Aubin, a focus of this role is to support the Sanctuary Trust’s outreach programmes, supporting former residents on their return to the community.
The job requires a person with flexibility, adaptability and initiative, as the role will also require engagement and support work with residents of both Sanctuary Lodge and New Street. This work can be dependent on what is happening in the lives of the clients; the general dynamic of the working environment, the demographic make-up of the properties and the support program calendar.Core skills required
