Your Role as a Housekeeper
As a Housekeeper, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your keen eye for detail will be evident in the cleanliness of the home. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, your approach will be driven by kindness and professionalism.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in a similar role is preferred, but full training will be provided.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Positive energy and a natural ability to connect with people.
* Strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and give clear instructions.
* A considerate and kind approach to interactions with residents and colleagues.
