We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong retail background to support two parallel initiatives within a fast-paced, complex environment. This role suits someone comfortable working at the intersection of people, process and technology, and who can bring structure and momentum to evolving programmes of work.
The Role
You'll be responsible for driving delivery across two key workstreams, working closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders and third-party partners to ensure outcomes are achieved smoothly and sensitively.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivery leadership across multiple initiatives, ensuring clear plans, dependencies and milestones are in place
* Working closely with engineering teams to plan, coordinate and deliver technology-led outcomes, using Agile ways of working (Scrum, ceremonies, sprint planning, etc.)
* Acting as a connector across teams, joining the dots between technology delivery and business impact
* Managing delivery in a fast-moving environment with fixed timelines and multiple stakeholders
* Bringing a people-first mindset, with strong emotional intelligence and stakeholder awareness
