An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the Trust’s adult services transformation portfolio, focusing on the Adult Patient Journey Programme, and support the SW London Integrated Care System (ICS) in delivering adult mental health priorities within its strategy. This role is part of the Strategy, Transformation and Commercial Development team and will work closely with the three adult Service Lines.
You need to build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to deliver work efficiently both internally and externally. The role requires good organizational and planning skills, experience in service redesign, and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively, embedding co-production in the process. It is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving environment, enjoys working across various organizations, and embraces challenges.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the adult transformation programme across its workstreams, including collaboration with other initiatives such as CAMHS.
2. Ensure effective reporting to Trust governance bodies, including the Better Communities Information Group.
3. Act as a system leader to promote positive change in adult mental health and wellbeing, aligning with the SW London MH strategy and the ICP strategy.
4. Develop strong relationships across the ICS, South London Partnership, and South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.
5. Ensure stakeholder engagement, liaison, and co-production are integral to the programme and broader system initiatives.
