Experience of working in a leadership role i.e., as a Team Leader and displaying organisational skills. An ability to achieve Basic Food Hygiene, Pest Awareness and HACCP qualifications. Demonstrate your responsibilities in adhering to manufacturing site standards. To be flexible as mobility of labour and interchangeable skills are required for this role. The Right Person Essential Demonstrate a good level of Health and Food Safety awareness. A standard level of proficiency in English and Numerical skills. This role will require rotational shift working including nights and weekends. Advantageous Understanding of baking process. A current Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. An understanding and application of key elements of Good Manufacturing Practice.
