Carpenter – Insurance Works
Location: Chesham / Watford (within 30 minutes)
Contract: 12-month contract
Hours: 5 days per week
Package: Company van + fuel card provided
We are currently working with a well-established insurance company that is looking to appoint an experienced Carpenter to support ongoing works across domestic properties.
This role involves carrying out a range of insurance-related works, including repairs, reinstatement, and maintenance following property damage. You will be working across a variety of residential settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out carpentry repairs and reinstatement works within domestic properties
* Work on insurance-related jobs including damage repairs and refurbishments
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
* Liaise with tenants, homeowners, and site teams where required
* Maintain a clean and professional working environment
Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Carpenter
* Experience working within domestic or insurance-based environments preferred
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Must be based within 30 minutes of Chesham or Watford
