Daily Rate: £90 – £100 (dependent on experience)
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a background in Early Years and Key Stage 1? A welcoming primary school in Shoreham is seeking a committed and skilled Reception/Year 1 Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time from September.
About the Role:
* Support pupils across Reception and Year 1, including children with a variety of SEN needs
* Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, inclusive learning
* Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
* Help promote a nurturing and structured classroom environment
* Assist with classroom routines, behaviour management, and progress tracking
* Experience working in Reception and/or Year 1 is essential
* Good understanding of EYFS and KS1 frameworks
* Experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)
* A calm, patient, and proactive approach
* A valid Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
