Who We Are:
We're one of the UK's leading providers of complex care, supporting people with spinal cord injuries to live fulfilling, independent lives in their own homes. Our Care in the Home division is growing and we're looking for kind, compassionate individuals to join us as Live-In Support Workers.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll live alongside your client during each assignment, helping them with:
* Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Moving and handling
* Household tasks
* Social and leisure activities
You'll build a strong, supportive relationship that truly makes a difference and no prior care experience is needed. We provide all the specialist training you'll need.
When You'll Work
* Assignments typically last 24 weeks
* Regular, consistent work with set rolling rotas (minimum 2 weeks on)
* Commitment to regular placements ensures continuity of care for our clients
