The Role:
To supervise the team to maintain Hygiene standards based on CIC'S, SOP'S and company procedures, ensuring all requirements for foods safety, quality, legality and customer are met.
On Offer:
* £15.44 per hour
* 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 14:00)

Key Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate all cleaning activities
* Audit scheduled cleaning requirements to CIC'S standard
* Maintain daily, weekly & periodic sign off records ensuring correct and accurate completion
* Train hygiene operatives to ensure they are adhering to cleaning instruction card standards
* Ensure operatives are completing all hygiene operations in accordance with Health & Safety including COSHH, product safety, legality & quality requirements.
* Promote clean as you go and work to these standards daily.
* Ensure Hygiene operatives always wear PPE correctly, hairnet, safety shoes, overalls, chemical resistant gloves, safety glasses and any other PPE required.
* Work with Hygiene Manager within budgetary constraints, monitoring and managing colleagues
* Understanding pest awareness and report any activity to your Line Manager.
* Ensure that a safe working environment exists for all colleagues and that as a minimum the department meets the standards set out in the safety, health & environment policy
* Carry out fabrication audit.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications :
* Basic knowledge of Health and Safety
* Food Safety- level 3.
* HACCP level - 2/3
* Previous experience in same or similar role
* Understanding and appreciation of Food Industry standards
* Ability to complete tasks thoroughly.
* Pest Awareness.
* Chemical Safety.
