We have a great opportunity for a Process Technician to join our Banbury Sewage Treatment team on a temporary basis for up to 6 months. No prior background in the Water industry is required. We welcome applications from candidates outside of the sector, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas.
You will be part of the frontline operations team responsible for sewage treatment sites.
What you’ll be doing as a Process Technician
* Carrying out scheduled maintenance work on plant and equipment according to company standards to improve resilience.
* Operating and cleaning plant and equipment to maintain operational and safety standards.
* Responding to reactive jobs following plant and equipment failures.
* Maintaining site cleanliness and undertaking safety and security checks.
* Working safely and complying with all Health and Safety procedures.

* A self-motivated, disciplined individual eager to learn and contribute positively to the team. The role can be demanding but rewarding.
* Ownership of fault response, curiosity to understand problems, and ability to resolve issues effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to be trained in safety procedures.
* Knowledge of health and safety standards.
* Full UK driver’s license.
