Due to continued growth, we are seeking a personal injury solicitor or a senior litigation executive with experience in claimants' personal injury claims, accident management and credit hire to manage a portfolio of cases and a team of claim handlers. You are expected to conduct and manage all aspects of the caseload, including making informed decisions that require the exercise of judgment. You must have a comprehensive knowledge of CPR, the OIC portal, the MOJ Claims portal, claims tracks, and costs. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and handle cases from beginning to end.
