Description
Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with current legislation.
Handle payroll queries and provide support to employees as needed.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
Prepare and submit necessary reports to external bodies, such as HMRC.
Assist with year-end payroll processes, including P60s and P11Ds.
Stay updated on changes to payroll regulations and implement them accordingly.
Support ad hoc payroll-related projects as required.Profile
A successful Payroller should have:
Experience in processing payroll, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
Proficiency in accounting and finance principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
